Oh Yes!!! It's that time again!!
And look at the delicious colors and sketches for March's {be inspired} challenge:
I was so excited to play along....the colors of this challenge really grabbed me...
and those poppies....yum!
I knew I had a few different Unity Stamp's to perfectly capture the poppy look. I actually used two out the three "poppy" stamps that I own....and I love them all!
I'm really happy with how soft and pretty my cards turned out:
I used watercolor pencil crayons to color in the image of this stamp to keep if soft.
Supplies Used: Bazzill Cardstock; My Mind's Eye Miss Caroline Howdy Doody 6X6 Paper Pad; Avery Tag; Jenni Bowlin Ink - Fountain Pen & Cough Syrup; Watercolor Pencil Crayons; Three Hearts Punch - Ek Success/Stampin Up; Button - My Mind's Eye Lost & Found 2 Rosy "Love" Buttons; Burlap Twine - Papertrey Ink; Lace & Photo Corner - Misc.

April 2012 Kit of the Month
And in this card, while it is still soft and pretty, I used more of the vibrant colors from the challenge:
My flower was colored with copics this time.
Supplies Used: Bazzill Cardstock; My Mind's Eye Miss Caroline Howdy Doody 6X6 Paper Pad; Divine Twine - Green Apple; Button - American Crafts - Dear Lizzy; My Mind's Eye Miss Caroline Label Stickers; EK Success/Stampin Up Scallop Edge Border Punch; Copics; Memento Ink - Tuxedo; Ex-Press It Cardstock; Tag - Pebbles Inc; Lace - Webster's Pages Starfish Breeze
Well I hope you like my cards....
