Adventures of Glitter Girl Challenge:
Create a layout using inspiration from other peas in the gallery.
http://www.twopeasinabucket.com/gallery/projects/videos/1794278-glitter-girl-adventure-003-breaking-the-block/
I combined these two challenges...it wasn't my original plan but when I saw the sketch from October Afternoon....and how it used a banner I just couldn't help it....all I had in my head was inspiration from Shimelle Laine and how she put buttons and multiple types of items on her banner and I really wanted to do it too.
So this is where I got my inspiration from:
This is Marcy Penner's version of the October Afternoon Sketch:
(I used her idea of the paper strips along the top and bottom of the page...she does this often and I love it)And this is Shimelle's layout for this week's glitter girl...LOVE her banner (which was also inspired by other peas):
And so this is how MY layout turned out:
The supplies I used where almost all October Afternoon...some from new collections and some from old.
Patterned Paper - Farmhouse Collection: Guest Room; Attic Trunk. Sidewalks Collection: Hide & Seek.
Farm Fresh Collection: Hay Barn. Holiday Style Collection: Toyland. Thrift Shop Collection: One-of-a-kind & Still in Box.
October Afternoon Embellishments - Word Stickers from Sidewalks, Farm Fresh, & Fly A Kite. Shape Stickers from Sidewalks. Little Flyers from Sidewalks. Mini Market Cream & Red. Sprinklers - Robot Blue & Miss Mary Mack. Journalling Cards - Sidewalks.
