Unity Thursday.....So many stamps, so many ideas....need to quit my day job!

Hello everyone!!

Are you excited to be here right now??
I AM!!!

There are just so many awesome releases happening at Unity right now...I wish I could spend all my time stamping away with all that gorgeous red rubber.....
I did manage to get creating a fair bit....but I just want to play MORE!!!
Just wait until you see all the releases....you will completely understand!

I think I may have mentioned this before but because I am in Canada my happy mail always takes a wee bit longer to get to me....in consequence I just received my October KOM. I was super excited (as always) to bust into my kit and get creating...these first two cards are the result:

This week's Stamp of the Week somehow had me inspired to go back to the white embossing on vellum look....BUT I wanted to try something new too....I saw this technique in my travels along blogs and pinterest (I can't remember where, for the life of me) and have wanted to try it since. After you stamp and emboss on the vellum you flip the image over and color with your copics on the back side of the image...because the vellum in see through the color shines through giving it a watercolor kinda look. I had fun trying it out and came up with a couple different color combos. Since I had my images all colored up, I figured I mind as well make them into cards...hence why I have three cards for this week's Stamp of the Week. Here they are:

Well...that was all the creating I had time for (I know, not too shabby, but I just have so many more ideas dancing around in my head). So onto the rest of the hop....

As always we have TWO amazing
Unity filled PRIZE PACKAGES to give away as part of this week's blog hop.
Check out the awesome prize this week - some of our brand NEW releases!!

All you have to do is leave a comment on EACH blog in the hop (including the Unity blog) for your chance to win. The winners will be announced Saturday night on the Unity blog.

Here's a list of all the pretty faces in today's blog hop:

Unity has some really great deals this weekend (as always - yay!).
And of course ALL those NEW RELEASES!!
Be sure to stop by and check it out!

Ok...now back to my scrap studio I go...
happy creating everyone!
